Car shopping can be
stressful, and at Lou Fusz Kia we understand that life is crazy enough without
the added hassles that car shopping and service can bring. Once a month on the
Lou Fusz Kia blog, social media intern Jenn will interview a different employee
within the store – from service, to sales, to behind the scene staff members at
Fusz Kia. Look for a new video with a different employee every month!
In this inaugural episode of “Meet the Fusz Kia Team”, you’ll
be introduced to Lisa. As the manager of the BDC (which stands for Business
Development Center), Lisa is a “Queen of All Trades” and has a multitude of various
responsibilities. The main purpose of the BDC is to assist customers in the
purchase of a car through the internet and assist customers needing to get
their vehicles serviced. It is customer service done online and on the phone -
and always done right. The associates in the BDC want to make your experience as
convenient as possible and are always ready to answer any questions you may
have.
The BDC fields calls from all over America, so I thought it
only appropriate to ask Lisa where the furthest location from our dealership has
purchased a car. The Bluegrass State is quickly becoming good friends with the
Fusz Kia store – and a giant hamster might have something to do with it. Watch
this edition of “Meet the Fusz Kia Team” to find out about that hamster and the
BDC’s theme song!
